Q: What area do you cover?

A: We cover some of Camden area and more:

Belsize Park, Camden Town with Primrose Hill, Kentish Town, Regents Park, St John’s Wood, Marylebone.

Q: How much do you charge?

A: Group walk:                                                               

£15 for 1hr                                                                       

£25 for 2 hrs      

Solo walk: (by arrangment)

   £25 for 1h                                                         

Q: How many dogs are walked at any one time?

A: We mainly walk in small and friendly groups of maximum 4 dogs in Regents Park. If more are planned, then another dog walker will join us.

Q: How do you arrange picking up and dropping off the dogs?

A: we will collect your dog from your house at the arranged time and will return him/her safely to your home after the walk either by car or on foot.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes, we have full public liability insurance provided by Pet Business Insurance.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: If you must cancel a walk for some reason, you must give us at least 24 hours notice.

     If you are going away or decide to stop our services, you must provide at least 2 weeks notice.

Q: How do I pay for my walks?

A: We will invoice you at the end of each calendar month. You can pay by cash or bank transfer.

Q: What do you do in case of an emergency?

A: We will take your dog’s vet details in case of emergency. In the unlikely event of emergency, we will immediately call and notify you. If veterinary assistance is required, we will take your dog to your nominated vet or to the nearest possible one depending on the circumstances.

Q: What happens if you are not available to walk my dog?

A: If we are going to be away for any reason, we will try and arrange cover for you, so you don’t have to worry about finding a replacement but if it is not possible, we will let you know within plenty of time – usually at least a month in advance.

Q: Will you walk my dog off lead?

A: We will ask you to sign an off lead form giving permission for your dog to be walked off lead. We will then assess the dog to make sure that we are confident that your dog is within our control.
